A nice email from Pamela- We Love You!!!
Hi to all the team at C&S, I just had to pop you a quick note to say how much I enjoyed your new "eat me" chocolate pots- the sauce was delish & a perfect size, I even loved the packaging an ideal girly gift with the added bonus of being totally recycable
Keep up the good work
A Gorgeous Email from the lovely people who make Gubbeen Cheese and Charcuterie
We are really impressed, the puds are great.
The Lemon is my favourite, the brave little zest flavour at the end.
The choc. you need strong nerves to get through that chocolate wall - just terrific.
But it is the STP that is going to break hearts we think, the crunch in the sauce the butter
flavour - lovely, wish it had a domed top though - I remember my Mum's puds with the old cloth
wrapping and the pudding bowl shape which is nearly there - it is a perhaps a little bit of a
cylinder? Not a big thing...
Lovely email just from from a gorgeous Australian lady- We love YOUUUU!!
Hey guys
Im originally from Sydney but have been living in Ireland the last 2 years and in that time I have become totally addicted to your food! The chicken soup and the chicken curry are easily my favs! Although the irish stew is a close second!! I love that the meals are gluten free and pretty light on the calories but most of all they always taste so fresh and delicious! Now I am planning to move back to Australia in 2 months time and I am faced with the thought of life without my fav meals... I do hope you will one day consider branching out down under!!
Your Country Your Call
Hi- we're going to this on Friday- if you're about please do come.
"Your Country, Your Call" is continuing with its series of
innovation, inspiration & ideation workshops by hosting an event in Cork this Friday. These workshops are designed to inspire creative thinking and help people bring their ideas to life.
The workshop takes place in Cork at the National Software Centre, Mahon, Cork at 11am on 9th April 2010.
The workshop is open to the public and free of charge. It will last for about two hours and promises to be a lot of fun as well as being informative and helpful.
Launch of our New Puddings from your sweeties pies!
Since we started Cully & Sully people have always asked us “when are you guys going to bring out a range of yummy desserts?”. So here they are at last - our Sweetie Pies!!
For the first three years of our business there was just the two of us, Cully & Sully. Then came along Ivan, so there were 3 lads. Now, two years later, we have Anne, Aoife and Rena so now we are totally gender balanced. This new influence might have had something to do with why we are packaging our new scrummy, artisan desserts in ladies handbags!
Happy Easter from all the bunnies in Cully & Sully

New Bar???
Ivy was over in France last week collecting our camper van from Ugo- who is helping us launch our food into lovely shops mainly in Paris. It's been a good cold winter there too- good soup weather. This pub is in Brittany- why he was in Brittany on his way back from Paris is beyond me?
Hello & Happy February
Hi there,
February has been crazy busy. No matter how much you do, it always seems crazy. My computer has been in hospital for the last few weeks so I haven't been as active on the blog & forum. Below is a link to a lovely piece TV3 did on soups a few weeks ago (C&S got recommended for the highest vegetable content and lowest salt content).
