Thank you all so much for traveling from all over the country to make it to Ballymaloe last Friday for our party. We had about 300 people, which was amazing especially when you consider the weather. What a party!!! Everyone was so wonderful and happy and smiling. We were thrilled to meet you all and put faces to all the entries. You guys rock.

I am writing this e-mail to tell you how much I absolutely love your whole range of soups and meals.

Everyone at my work laughs at me because everyday for lunch I eat one of your soups. I teach and don't get me wrong, while I have many great moments in my day with the kids my favourite time is when I get to sit down at the staff table and have my carrot and corriander, vegetable, white winter vegetable, chicken and vegetable or the new and fabulous chicken curry soup (I don't like mushrooms but my boyfriend does and he says that it is also amazing).

This is Rena's cousin Ciara Murphy, who ran the Musgraves Triathlon in aid of The Crumlin Childrens Hospital on Saturday for us. She did the whole thing in under 2 hours 30 mins. A few years ago Cul did the swim, I did the run and Ivy did the cycle- and it took us the 3 of us about 3 hours 30 mins!!!

Well, I thought you should know.... Myself & a few sailed from kinsale to Padstow for a short break, we dined in Rick Steins Restaurant on fine lobster etc. We stocked up as usual, before leaving Kinsale, with your fine food from the local SuperValue. You see your hot pots really suit sailing, coz you just bung em in the oven for half an hour and hey presto a gourmet meal on deck. We voted your pies superior to the Cornish pasties consumed on the return voyage!!!

We wanted to give Dara some fuel to keep the funny stuff flowing!!

Hi to all the team at C&S, I just had to pop you a quick note to say how much I enjoyed your new "eat me" chocolate pots- the sauce was delish & a perfect size, I even loved the packaging an ideal girly gift with the added bonus of being totally recycable Keep up the good work

We are really impressed, the puds are great.

The Lemon is my favourite, the brave little zest flavour at the end.

The choc. you need strong nerves to get through that chocolate wall - just terrific.

But it is the STP that is going to break hearts we think, the crunch in the sauce the butter
flavour - lovely, wish it had a domed top though - I remember my Mum's puds with the old cloth
wrapping and the pudding bowl shape which is nearly there - it is a perhaps a little bit of a
cylinder? Not a big thing...

Im originally from Sydney but have been living in Ireland the last 2 years and in that time I have become totally addicted to your food! The chicken soup and the chicken curry are easily my favs! Although the irish stew is a close second!! I love that the meals are gluten free and pretty light on the calories but most of all they always taste so fresh and delicious! Now I am planning to move back to Australia in 2 months time and I am faced with the thought of life without my fav meals... I do hope you will one day consider branching out down under!!
