The Mighty Pea & Minty Joe!!!
This is a great picture of my cousin's little fellow Joe- Joe I can't figure out if you're my cousin too or my second cousin - I could never get my head around all that family network stuff. Joe's mad for the pea & mint soup, as am I - it's my favourite by far in the summer- and delicious cold- believe it or not- like a green smoothy!

A Gorgeous Lady
We received this email 2 weeks ago - lucky us......
Hi there
Can I freeze your dinners? (Not your personal dinners obviously – the ones you so thoughtfully provide to me) It doesn’t say on the pack so I think probably not, but figure it’s worth asking the question!
And may I just say, by way of feedback, I love you both. I’m a 43 year old chick who doesn’t cook and I don’t like most processed or ready made food so you guys have improved the quality of my life in the most fabulous way. Please keep up the good work and standards!
Thanks
Una

Lydia, my little cousin who runs Mahon point Farmers market with her husband Roops asked me to mention that they have a very fancy new website. It is fancy too!
Check it out at www.mahonpointfarmersmarket.com
I better mention Midleton Farmers Market here too as that's my local. See you there and Saturday morning!!

Hello
Hi there,
It's been soooo long since I've updated this and so much has been going on. We have a new addtion to our team - Rena who is wonderful. Rena will be helping us develop new products and make us more methodical as we tend to be a bit all over the place (Cully that is!!). We've also now finally, finally got our pies tasting exactly the way we want them to taste.
HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR
We all can't wait till Christmas- it's been an incredible year, which definitely has been the busiest and fastest year of our lives. Moving our production from France back to Ireland was our biggest event this year, which went well, but we did have some teething problems which are now resolved.
Winning the Global Sial d'Or award in Paris in October was FANTASTIC and has been our greatest achievement to date, so that was great. We also launched a new Full Bodied Vegetable Soup, which is going really well - it replaced our Mediteranean Vegetable Soup, which we found very difficult to sell.

New Pies Official Launch!
Here's some photos from the launch of our new pies...

Our New Pieeeeesssssss!
Hello,
We've been keeping it a kind of secret but we can't keep it secret any more...... We've re-launched our entire pie range- Yeahhhhh
When we started out 4 years ago this month, we developed a range of pies using a French cooking method called sous-vide, which translates into 'under vacuum'. We learnt about this cooking method from a fanastic man called Ronan Gormley who works in the National Food Centre in Teagasc, Dublin. He recommended that we learn about it & so off we went to France, where we met an amazing food producer called Fleury Michon based in the Loire Valley.
