I am looking for someone who might be interested doing a weekly food feature for an online radio show?
I'm training with Radio Kerry Training in Tralee and as part of our training we have an online station which we broadcast on. I will be starting a new show from next week which will be aired from 10am to 11am Monday to Thursday. I really want to have a weekly food feature every Thursday that would offer a simple easy to follow recipe for dinner for two costing under €10.
This is where you lovely people come in. I would love to have someone with a strong interest in food to come on air every Thursday as a phone guest who would chat food with me and then give us details of the recipe. The piece can be done live or i can pre-record it at a time that suits.
I really think this would be a fun feature and the plan is I would try the recipe myself every Saturday and put photos up on the website.
The show is on air for the next four weeks so its not a huge commitment but if the feature is successful I would definitely try and use it again in my next show.
I know this is an odd one to ask for but I would be grateful for any help you can give me.

we have all the details for the station there and links to our mixcloud page where you can listen back to our features.
