Hi Peeps.
My little girls 2nd birthday party is coming up and i will be baking all the necessary naughty stuff but was wondering if any of you have any ideas for healthy stuff that will entice the kiddies!
Thanks

Hey Tuddy2Shoes - cool

Hey Tuddy2Shoes - cool name.

I'm not sure what happens when kids are two? I guess they're not into spicy food yet? How about home made pizza? Delicious and if they can stand they can select their own toppings. If you don't want to make the bases you can buy really nice bases in quiet a few places - one is Food Budda on the South Circular Road- kind of neaar Camden street- if you live in Dublin? Happy Partying Party

My mom used to do the pizza

My mom used to do the pizza thing but we made smilie faces with veggies and that kinda thing. It was fun. She also did the party in stages. good foor came out before the bold food so that they ate some of that rather then just all junk

Hi, sorry I have been so

Hi, sorry I have been so busy that have not been near the forum in weeks. How did the party go. Pizza for two year olds would be a messy old business, but great fun. Homemade sausage rolls, Honey Joys (so easy and such a winner), apricot and seed bars, there are loads of recipes under the heading great for kids in our recipe page. Also the above three can be made the day before.

Thank you

Thanks for all the suggestions, havent been on forum for a while, flu hit the house!
Anyhoo, pizza was on the menu anyway - my hubbie makes a mean homemade pizza with his own special dough. Was thinking of little bites, kinda like canapes for kids i guess!
Party is saturday if we are not floating by then!
Thanks again
