Today we made blackcurrant ice-cream by squeezing the juice from the blackcurrants and mixing it with whipped cream.We then mixed sugar and water to make a syrup which was mixed in with the blackcurrants and cream.It turned out to become a pink-ish purple colour.

Today we made chocolate biscuit cake called rocky road!
We broke biscuits into little crumbs and then we melted chocolate and poured it into the biscuits!And we put mini Marshmallows into the mixture!We left it in the fridge for 2 hours!It came out lovely but very hard!
