Hi Cully & Scully, Firstly i would like to applaud your products, i have tasted most and i am very impressed.
First Question: where do you source your ingredients? especially the meats? Any organic?
I actually ate the cheeky chicken curry this eve and decided to join your website, one thing i noticed the nutritional content per 100g is diff on the product that on your website.
Regards
Noreen

Hey Noreen,
Firstly I am so sorry that's it's taken so long to get back to you. Last week was mad busy and we've just had a little baby (she's 8 weeks old) so I'm just about keeping my head above water. Our meats are not organic. The organic thing is tricky. To me Irish beef which is pretty much all grass fed is fairly organic- I think!!!???? Obviously during the winter they're indoors and being fed silage but I think and I do hope I'm right that they are no being fed weird things. We source a huge % of our ingredients in Ireland. I actually do not know the exact % as it varies. So for example right now our carrots are Dutch because the Irish carrot season doesn't start until the end of next week, but then we'll be back to Irish carrots until around next Jan/Feb- weather pending. Our tomatoes are Portuguese - because obviously we can't get Irish ones all year round. So veggies vary but on the whole they are Irish and I will say one thing- it's amazing the quality of the Irish vegetables. Carrots is the one I am pernickety about. We've tasted ones from all over the world and the Irish are by far the best. With regard to our meat it's pretty much all Irish. All our beef, lamb and pork (which is from Gubbeen farm in West Cork- which I think is organic?) are Irish. 99% of our chicken is Irish but we do use some European chicken to keep our avenues open if there is an issue with Irish Chicken. On the website thing - it drives me demented and tomorrow morning we are going to try and put a system in place to monitor the website. We have 19 products and we do have to change nutritional data from time to time as we change recipes, ingredients or what ever and we are desperate at updating the website. I will get this sorted out.
Noreen - if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact me either by phone (086 6058471) or by email sully@cullyandsully.com or through this forum.
