To make the chocolate sauce (as opposed to icing). Melt 75g of cooking/dark chocolate; then stir in about 175ml of warm syrup (50/50 sugar/water mixture boiled to dissolve sugar)

Hey there, unfortunately we had to take them off the market as they just weren't selling. We could only get Superquinn to take them on and the desserts section just seems to be too small. We learnt a lot and we will be back!!!!
