Nice and handy one.
You need
spaghetti
couple handfuls of fresh baby spinach
butter
lemon
salt and pepper. Cook spaghetti, drain, back into saucepan, quickly add handful of spinach, lemon, butter, stir, add more spinach as it wilts nicely and salt and pepper to taste. great with easy garlic toast and glass of wine. (can substitute good balsamic for lemon)the perfect ten minute supper and if want to impress you can add garlic, sweated onions, chopped cooked bacon, grated nutmeg......
easy garlic toast....get a nice rustic bread I use a ciabatta (but cant spell it) slice, toast, rub peeled clove garlic on, spread butter, to save time do this while spaghetti cooking...
