All you need is:
Onion, Garlic, bacon, Balsamic vinegar.....and pasta Chop onion and grate garlic, in a little oil sweat gently until soft, add finely chopped bacon and cook, don't worry if it gets a little brown. Add about two to three tablespoons of Balsamic and turn off heat. stir and toss through cooked pasta, fresh tagliatelle really good with this. Have with something green like a green salad (leftover baby spinach) or some broccoli and call it a healthy meal!
