Barbecued Garlic

I found this recipe in Maggi Beers cookbook and had to share it with you.

You will need

1/2 head of garlic per person
Tin foil

Wrap each head of garlic in tin foil and then cut in half widthways.  Brush the cut sides with olive oil and cook on your bbq cut side down for about twenty minutes.  Watch they don't burn.
Serve as a side.
