4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
3/4 cup olive oil
2 spring onions, chopped
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Place desired meat in marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before barbecuing or grilling.
This marinade can be used with any type of beef or chicken. If you want it spicy, mix in crushed chillies.
