For the betroot mayo

1.put the betroot in with the mayo
2.mix until pink
3.keep chilled until needed

For The Dreasing
------------------
1. put water and balsamic vinagar in a bowl
2.add the mayo and mix until slightly pink
3.wash the salad put on a plate drisle
the dreasing over the salad add tomatos ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!
