Cheese Fondue is a great dish, takes all of five minutes to prepare and cook and has the added benefit of very few dishes, all of which makes for a very romantic evening not fighting over who has to cook dinner and clean up the kitchen.
You will need the following per person
1 tablesp dry white wine
1/2 small crushed clove garlic
1 teasp tomato chutney
1 teasp chopped parsley
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
white yeast bread
Put all the ingredients into a small saucepan or fondue pot. Heat until bubbling do not stir as this breaks up the cheese. Serve immediately with fresh French bread or cubes of white bread crisped up in the oven.
