Ingredients:
110g brown wholemeal flower
110g white flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
25g butter
1 tbs cream
water as needed, about 5 tbls
Pre heat oven to 150 degrees celcius. Mix the brown and white flour together and add baking powder and the salt. Rub in the butter and moisten with cream and enough water to make a firm dough. roll out to a 2 mm thickness and prick with a fork. I use a knife and cut into squares or you can use a round cookie cutter. Put onto a lightly greased baking tray and bake for around 45 min or until lightly brown. Cool on a wire rack.
