Ingredients:
800g Lean Minced Beef
1 400g tin Kidney Beans
1 400g Tin of chopped Tomatoes
1 Pkt Old El Paso Chilli mix
1 Medium Onion - Finely chopped
2-4 Chopped Red Chilli's - depending on taste
1-2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed and chopped
1 Beef Stock cube
100ml Hot Water
750g Frozen Potato Wedges
300g grated Cheese
Fry off the Mince, Onion, Garlic & Chillies for 10-15 mins in a large saucepan, Strain off excess liquid.
Mix Stock cube with boiling water, add to the Mince stir in for 1 min.
Add Old El Paso Chilli mix, stir, then add Tin of Chopped Tomatoes & Kidney beans, Cook on medium heat for 5 mins
Deep fry Wedges until cooked
Place Wedges on each plate, then spoon over Chilli beef and serve with grated cheese.
