Chunky Choc Chip Cookies

You Will Need:

125g butter, softened.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and a quarter cups (275g) firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup (150g) plain flour
1 quarter cup self-raising flour
Half teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 third cup (35g) cocoa powder
Half cup (100g) peanut Mm's1/3 cup mini Mandm's half cup (75g) milk chocolate melts

Preheat over to moderate (180 degrees C/160 degrees C for fan-forced). Lightly grease two oven trays.

Beat butter, extract, sugar and egg in small bowl with electric mixer until smooth (do not over mix). Transfer mixture to large bowl; mix in sifted combined dry ingredients then all chocolates.

Place level tablespoons of the mixture onto trays, allowing 5cm between each cookie. Bake, uncovered, about 10 minutes. Stand cookies 5 minutes; transfer to wire rack to cool.
