CHICKEN LICKEN - Chicken breast is very lean, even the brown meat has substantially less fat than trimmed beef ...and the fat is less saturated! It is also a great source of B3 and Selenium. B3 is good for the nervous system and skin. Selenium, an anti oxidant, helps fight free radicals.

Eating my first one of these hot pots CHICKEN CASSEROLE. very tasty!!
My Mom bought a couple of these the other day and she said they were lovely but her only complaint would be that there wasn't much in them. I tried explaining they were more a quick lunch size but she still insisted that you'd need something else with them!
Myself and my little girl just shared the chicken casserole for our lunch, she and i both loved it, thanks! Could do with a little more in pot though.
Just to let you know, This recipe is now up in the recipe section if you want to try your hand at making it at home. I don't know how to do a direct link so hopefully Shane will do that in the morning.
Hi everyone, you can now find Cully's Recipe for this hot-pot here

Are the nutritional values listed for the Hot pots per 400g tub or per 100g
HI,
Just a quick note to Compliment you on some of the new range in the selection of Products,
You Manufacture.
I have just tasted the new Chicken Casserole Hotpot, and the Cottage Pie.
There are no words to describe how fabulous they were……..
I am an extremely fussy eater and not at all in to ready meals but your Products have really
Changed my mind now. The quality of the ingredients in them is excellent.
I look forward to tasting a lot more of them so please keep up the good work oh and let me
Know if there will be any special offers. I shop in Supervalue in Donabate Co.Dublin.
Regards,
Joyce Campbell
Just wondering what shop's stock the hotpots in Dublin please and thanks?
Hi there, most should. Where do you live. Pretty much all Dunnes, Tescos and Superquinns do. There are only a few SuperValus up in Dublin, and they do too. Some Spars also do, but its a bit hit and miss. If you let me know where abouts you shop I should be able to point you in the right direction. Sully
I am totally against ready meals but I was stuck this evening with the option of a hotpot or burger and chips from a takeaway so I said a chicken casserole ready meal was the lesser of two evils. I was very surprised by the quality of the chick and veg and the amount of both I got in the hotpot. I definately wouldn't feel bad about going for one next time I don't have time to cook something.
Not only did I love the Chicken Casserole, but I also loved the pot it came in. As I am mad into recycling, I am going to put a hole in the bottom and use it to grow herbs. With the money I save that way I am going to buy some of your new deserts.
Can these be frozen?
Hey there. We get asked this a lot. Yes they can be frozen but the issue is that sometimes the sauce can split if they are frozen. We can't understand why the sauce only splits sometimes. It could be down to different peoples freezers. What I would say is that if you do want to freeze it try and use it within 30 days. It should be grand then. Hope that helps. Sully
