Ingredients:
Chicken fillets
Bacon lardons
Onion/Shallots
A bottle of good red wine
Butter
Oil
Flour
Optional:
Fresh Beetroot cut
Parsnip
Mustard
In a big dutch oven(cast iron pot)fry chicken fillets , bacon and onion, add 2tablespoons of flour
Add Wine
Simmer for 3 hours At last 30 mins add mustard and veg if using
Serve with crusty bread or toasted bread with Gruyère
