The goodness in carrots is legendary. They are an excellent source of antioxidants, especially vitamin A, which is fantastic for those of us who want to keep our skin clear and gorgeous. They are well known for helping us to see more clearly, especially at night. If you’re a smoker and wonder about the well-being of your lungs, eat lots of carrots because they give supurb protection from the nasties in smoke fumes. Extra carrots for me please!

I like the fact that there nothing artifical in your soup
Thank you very much
And there's nothing hidden either. When I say that I mean that our stocks are 'clean' and organic. It's amazing that so many stocks have MSG and other weird things in them. We had to do a lot of trawling to find these. In the above soup the carrots come from Ireland, and are not hauled all over the world to get to us- except for about 3 weeks in May- when the Irish carrot season is over.
I'm trying to loose weight so i'm new to healthy eating!
I have recently tried soup for the first time and I'm really loving your carrot, honey and corriander soup, i'm even craving it which is great! I'm just wondering is it a good healthy/low fat snack compared to other soups? I'm looking for late night snack ideas and i'm not loving fruit so i was thinking of having a cup of this soup to fill the gap...problem is i'm having it at lunch too so i'm not sure if it'll be good for my weight loss plan to have it twice a day. Any advice is welcome, thanks
I am Insulin dependant Diabetic, I need to know Carbohydrate in this food. Your Honey, Carrot, & Coriander Soup states 3.3g carbohydrate per 100g, a pot of 400g thesrfore cotains 13.2g carbohydrate, which seems excessive.
Your packaging information has too much information about all sorts of things & Your Ingredients state Honey at 1.3%, I don't know where all the Carbohydrate is coming from, do you want to reconsider?

Hi, might I say that I too am an Insulin Dependent Diabetic, and I have no qualms with the amount of carbs in the soup. 13.2 grams of carbohydrate is not a lot of sugar, the equivalent of just over one small potato, or 2 slices of bread. Plus the soup is deicious and healthy. I'm sure a nutritionist would welcome a Diabetic eating such a heatly food.
Regards.
