Avonmore Whipped Cream 140ml
140g tinned fruit cocktail
135g packet of raspberry jelly (made up as per instructions on packet)
8 scoops of raspberry ripple ice-cream
1 chocolate flake
Take 4 tall glasses and put a spoon of jelly in each, one spoon of fruit cocktail followed by a spoon each of ice-cream and whipped cream.
Repeat process finishing off with a dollop of whipped cream.
Crush the chocolate flake and divide between 4 glasses.
