This is brilliant barbeque recipe and everyone has to get involved. After dinner, give everyone a banana, a little sharp knife and a vanilla pod.

Get each person to make a slit along the inside of the banana. Slide in the vanilla pod, and then add 1 tablespoon of siucra rich dark brown sugar (please use this sugar) and a generous drop of rum. Secure with a piece of string.

Grill over the barbeque until cooked, they're really good.
