Ingredients:
110g of grains of pudding rice
75g of caster sugar
850ml of singal cream
place the rice, sugar and milk in a sausepan and slowly bring to
the boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook gently for 45-50 mins.
keep sturing so it doesn't burn, especially at the end of cooking
the cooked rice will be bigger. Serve
