Shane, when we were mountain biking in France last month, it was my turn to cook for the 5 lads (just like the night before, the night before that, etc). But we didn't get back in until 7pm or so. And we were gazonked.
So I opened a (giant) tin of tuna, stuck it in the bottom of a large dish, threw some chopped pepper, onions and tomatoes on top, and then covered that in a load of cooked pasta with pesto through it! Finished it off with a load of grated cheese, and into the oven for 20mins. Was pretty good actually!!!!!!
