These are really easy and great fun. Pop them in a heart shaped box and give to your secret crush or loved one on Valentines day.
You will need the following

50g sugar
100g butter cubed
150g flour
1 -2 Teasps cinnamon

Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon together. Rub the butter into flour mix and bring together to a soft dough. Roll out to 8mm thick and cut out with a heart shaped cookie cutter. Arrange on silicone paper on a baking tray and bake until pale brown, approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
