Ingredients:
2 Chili's
Ginger
aubergine
4 tomatoes
Lemon grass
one green pepper
one red pepper
one clove garlic
One onion
Mixed herbs
Use water to achieve desired consistency
1TBs Whatever oil
1TBs butter
Largely an experiment, this came from a mish mash of random vegetables I had in the House. I was Curious as to what Aubergine would be like in a Soup, Turns out it's quite good for Thickening soup in place of a potato.
