Ivan and I did this at the Summer Luncheon in aid of Cork Cystic Fibrosis at Cork Week

Summer Berry Tiramisu Trifle.
200ml Peach snaps
200ml Peach juice
Sugar to taste (approx. 2 table spoon)
Packet of Boudoir biscuit
Punnet Strawberries
Punnet of Raspberries
Punnet of Blueberries
Punnet of Blackberries
500ml cream
Fruit coulis (blended fruit of your choice)
Method
Dilute the peach snaps 50:50 with peach juice.
Whip the cream to soft peaks
Slice the strawberries and add to raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Stir the fruit breaking it up slightly, adding sugar to taste.
Construct the trifle by first putting in the bottom of a nice bowl
A dollop of cream;
Then a layer of boudoir biscuits;
Then a ladle of the snaps mixture;
Then start again and fill until you get to the top of bowl.
Finish off with a layer of cream and some fruit coulis for colour.
