This is oh so simple and oh so delicious-I guarantee it will take no longer than 5 minutes.
Ready, Steady......Go:
1) Pour 250mls of cream into a bowl and add 5 tablespoons of grated parmesan and mix together for a few seconds.
2) Add Vermicelli pasta (you can use spagetti if you like but vermicelli only takes 5 minutes to cook) to well salted boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes- taste it so you know it's cooked.
3) Then place 4 or 5 organic rashers under the grill - they will take about 5 minutes too.
4) When the pasta is cooked strain it as normal. Then put the pasta back into the saucepan and add the cream/parmesan mix and give it a good stir to coat the pasta.
5) The take your rashers out from the grill and cut them into ther pasta using a scissors and give it another good stir.
Voila - easy as

A great way to thicken up the sauce in this pasta and strictly speaking correct is to beat an egg into your cream before you add it to the pasta and then stir it into the pasta over some heat to cook the egg
