Sieve 450g white flour, ½ tsp of salt, ½ tsp of bread soda. Add 50g of grated parmesan and mix. Which 4 tsp of tomato puree into 425 ml of butter milk.
Stir into the dry ingredients to form a soft dough. With floured hands, shape into rolls and place on a baking tray.
Cook at 200’c until hollow when tapped on the bottom (about 25 mins)

Very nice, I added a bit more tomato puree in it and additional dried basil and pizza spices. Yummie.
