The potatoes, onions, celeriac, parsnips and leeks make this soup fantastically nourishing. All these veggies are an excellent choice if we need an energy boost as they are fabulous sources of B vitamins. B vitamins also help to make hormones which keep us in good form and sleeping well. Onions and leeks are fabulous for keeping those sugar cravings at bay. They are also superb for those of us who need to watch our cholesterol and blood pressure. So savour the nourishing winter veggies.

Eoin- I love you. Thank you. It is lovely to get such messages. You are wonderful. Thanks
It is a very well known fact that many food companies hide MSG under the name of "yeast extract". My question is, Does this product contain MSG or any of the other 150 or so ingredients that MSG is hidden under?, as this toxic substance poses a serious health risk to humans.
please reply on this message board.
im usually not a fan of soups you can buy in the supermarket but white winter veg is amazing! i just can't get enough! you can really taste the celeriac which is one of my favourite vegetables! well done guys im well and truly addicted! (also my boyfriend loves the chilli!)
Hey GillyVanilly - love the name. We get some great names on the site. Gillyvanilly!
Thanks so much for your feedback on the WWV. It's an extraordinary soup and it totally depends on the season. When the parsnips are really strong in winter time, I just adore the heat in it. Yummy. It and the pea soup are the hardest soups for us to get right as they are the trickiest veggies to work with.
Lovely feedback is so nice to THANK YOUUUUUUU!!!!
