Last week St. Brigid's Cookery Club made pizzas and banana milkshake. Our members wrote the following report:
We made pizzas. We used two types of cheese: cheddar and mozarella. First we made the tomato sauce, then we made the base. We left the base in the oven for five minutes while the sauce was boiling. When the five minutes were up we took them out and put on the toppings.
We made banana milkshake. We used 1 banana, 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream, 1 mug of milk and 3 tablespoons of yoghurt.
We all enjoyed this week. We can't wait for next week.











Yummy - I love pizza. A thin base and really good, sweet tomato sauce/passata - so delicious.
