This week St. Brigids Cookery club made soup and rocky road biscuit cake. Our members wrote the following:

Today we made Shrek minestone soup. We used lots of different types of ingredients. We enjoyed to-day and are hoping to make peanut butter cookies and much more.

We also made rocky road biscuit cake. We melted all different types of chocolate. We used 250g soft unsalted butter, 600g of chocolate which was broken into pieces, 6 tbsp of golden syrup, 400g of rich tea biscuits, 200g mini-marshmallows and 4tsp of icing sugar to dust. We always look forwards to next weeks class.
