Our members wrote the following:
Last Tuesday we made spaghetti bolognese. We used lots of vegetables like red bell peppers, onions, garlic and mushrooms. We also added dried herbs like basil and oregano, a bay leaf, salt and pepper. I enjoyed cooking it as there were lots of vegetable to prepare. My sister really liked it. I liked it but next time I will only put a few onions into it. This is our last cookery class and I really enjoyed it.









Oh nooooo - the last class. Thats so sad. Sorry that I haven't been on the forum but my computer has been away at hospital for the last 2 weeks. Hope you all really enjoyed the class and I hope to see some of you in Michelin star restaurants in the future.
