Does anyone have any tips for fat free marinades for beef or chicken? I can use pretty much any herb spice plain mustard and vinegars but I can't use Fat at all not even a smidgen so if anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful

Are you allowed unsaturated fat like olive oil?
Nope unfortunately not.
I can start them again later on in the year but for now it's strictly protein and veg.
