Hey guys! Just have a few questions for you.
1. What's the reason behind the recent price increase, or is that just my local Centra noticing their popularity and hiking it up by themselves?
2. I spoke to you a while back about the plastic covering on the pies. You said back then that you didn't like it either, but that it was being looked at. Any update for us? When my local store was out of your pies once, I picked up a Young's Admiral Pie - as a poor replacement for the Superior Fish Pie - and it had one layer of plastic that came off easily, without any tearing. Is this something you guys could implement?
3. I have never, not once, seen your Chicken Herb Pie in stores. Has it only just been released, or something?

Thanks a million for your questions. On the price hike I'm afraid that is your local Centra. We have not increased our prices at all and in fact we have never since day one increased our prices, we have reduced them. It's impossible for us to control this.
On the packaging- the good news is that yes- we are very close and will have word on this very shortly.
Our chicken and herb pie should be there. Who are your closest stores. Tesco's don't stock our pies but a good Dunnes or SuperValu or Superquinn should have it.
