I'm not that romantic and have had no time to think of any! Should have emailed me a week ago! I've done the simple thing and taking a girl OUT to dinner tomorrow night!
But.... anything that starts with cheese (fondue?) has pastry in the middle (beef Wellington) and finishes with chocolate can't be a bad call. And a champagne based cocktail would be good.
