Ingredients:
1lb livers
1 large white onion
2/3 garlic cloves
1lb butter
table spoon bullion
juice 1/2 lemon
sherry or brandy
black pepper
may need some cream.
fry off the onion and garlic in some of the butter add the livers but dont let them overcook. melt the remainder of the butter in another pan. put livers in blender and pulse till smooth. add butter/pepper/lemon juice/sherry and blend till smooth. if it splits or is too stiff add some cream and blend.
